Is an AI-designed website actually any good?
Honestly, it depends on the inputs, which is why our chat asks the right questions first. Every site uses a tested library of layouts, is checked automatically for speed and accessibility, and a person reviews anything we launch. You see the prototype before paying a penny, so you can judge for yourself.
How much does it cost?
Your proposal shows fixed prices for both options before you commit to anything. You can see our starting prices on the pricing page.
What do I get with self-managed?
The finished site as files you can install yourself, either plain HTML or a WordPress theme, with a step-by-step install guide and one free round of changes.
What do I get with agency-managed?
We build or move your site, connect your domain, set up redirects, launch it and look after it on a monthly care plan, including hosting, updates and small changes.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. Share your current address in the chat and we'll read the site, keep what works (your pages, words and anything Google already likes) and fix what doesn't.
I use Squarespace, Wix or Webflow. Can you help?
We build in plain HTML or WordPress, so we'd move you onto one of those. Your proposal explains honestly what that involves.
Do you build online shops?
Not at the moment. If you sell products online, Shopify is the better choice and we'll happily point you there. Taking bookings, enquiries or subscriptions is absolutely fine.
Can I ask for changes?
You can leave feedback on your prototype straight away. Once you buy, your first round of changes is free, and later rounds are charged at a fixed rate.
What happens to my details if I don't buy?
We delete unconverted projects automatically after a set period, and you can ask us to delete everything sooner. See our privacy notice for the details.
